Activity-based programme that incorporates the Yin Yang philosophy (focus on balance - non religious), humour and specific Tai Chi exercises that are suitable for all fitness levels.
These skills are easy to learn and do and have practical application in the classroom. They help students to direct their energy in positive and constructive ways, and will assist teachers to be more effective in managing classroom behaviour.
About Tai ChiTai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise - relaxation - meditation - yin yang philosophy (non-religious) and self defense system.
The five major areas of Tai Chi are; The Form (exercise), Chi Kung/Nei Kung (energy development), Push Hands (sensitivity exercise), Self Defence, and Weapons (sabre, sword, staff and spear).
These wellbeing and development techniques have been used for several centuries.
