BJ Seminars International
What is different about our wellbeing and development workshops as compared with the many others on offer?
We combine the expertise and experience in teaching wellbeing and development with specific skills adapted from the art of Tai Chi - a Chinese exercise, relaxation, meditation, philosophy (non-religious), and self defence system.
We also take an active and entertaining approach and avoid the 'talking head' theory method that can bore students senseless.
Our focus is on practical skills that can help students cope more effectively with starting the new year, motivation, staying focused, preparation for exams, performance during exams, etc.
The skills taught are transferable to any physical, emotional or psychological situation students experience at school and away from school.
These wellbeing and development techniques have been used for centuries and are easy to learn and suitable for all fitness levels.
Additional Resources
We also provide additional support for students through access to an online collection of helpful resources.
Students who attend our seminars can log in here using the User ID and password they were given during the session.

It was refreshing to have an interactive presentation that engaged the students and gave them valuable strategies for relaxation and stress relief. I have noticed several students practising some of the moves during their study periods, so something has rubbed off!
(Bruna Pomella, Year 12 Co-ordinator, Niddrie Secondary College)
The students thoroughly enjoyed the session and the feedback that was given to me was all very positive. They greatly appreciated your firm but gentle manner in presenting the introduction to Tai Chi lesson. Your demonstration was a great hit.
(Noeline Rhode - Director of Senior College - Shelford Girl's Grammar)
Good material on procrastination. ... Excellent relaxation exercises.
