If desired, our Inspired Performance seminars are also able to incorporate further information and/or more specific content in relation to leadership.

We make clear links between theory and practice, words and action. We are able to draw on a number of key leadership models and concepts, tailoring our approach to suit your workplace. Examples: Collins; Sergiovanni; Kouzes & Posner; Covey; and Senge.

For schools, we can focus on instructional leadership and the impact on educational outcomes for both students and staff.

In Victoria, we also make clear connection between seminar content and the Professional Development policies and requirements of the Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, including The Developmental Learning Framework for School Leaders. Mentoring & Coaching

Success

If desired, our Inspired Performance seminars are also able to focus more specifically on the theme of mentoring and coaching.

We would recommend both topics are included, because people often confuse the two.

Although they are similar, they are not the same. A mentor may coach, but a coach is not necessarily a mentor.
